You are welcome to explore shipping options, but please bear in mind that your location and related shipping issues may greatly impact the practicality and ultimate cost of your potential purchase.

What is your service guarantee, does custom hotel furniture come with a warrantee or is it returnable?

Do you provide installation services?

We can install furniture for you weather you purchased it from us or not. You will always receive our best service and attention to detail.

Can you help with hotel motel furniture liquidation?

We work with you directly to help liquidate your furniture or help you negotiate the best price for your furniture from the top liquidators in the country. Keep in mind the type of furniture you have is a major factor when working with liquidators. Simply said some furniture has a much higher value then others.

 

How many armoire conversions can you complete in one day?

Many factors must be considered, however on average we covert between 30 to 60 armoires daily. This also has a great bearing on price.

How long is your waiting list to get a job started?

Once the scope of work is defined we can give you an accurate time frame. Many variable affect timing such as ordering product like granite, which can take 6-8 weeks from signed contract and deposit. One example for granite tops is about 6 to 8 weeks to be delivered your property from the day we receive a deposit.

What type of leather do you use on furniture? Can you supply samples of upholstery and leather options when applicable?

We are happy to work with all types of furniture coverings.

Is shipping of hotel furnishings included in your pricing? Can I arrange my own shipping?

We can quote you job whichever way is best for you.

Do you offer financing options for hotel furnishings?

Yes, many of our suppliers have their own in house financing programs,

What if my custom hotel furniture arrives damaged?

We inspect all furniture carefully and in most cases we order extra to insure that any damage furniture is replaced instantly.
